We candidly—without script, practice, or edits—talk about how apparently, we autistics aren’t interested in people in this quick, four minute video.
Please note that in this video, we were new to a lot of the languaging around autism, including how ableism is impacted. Part of me wanted to re-record these videos after I began to understand the importance of self-advocacy and how we refer to ourselves as autistics … however, this highlights where we were in our personal journeys at the time.
